Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation only before the digital book has been delivered or made available for download.

Once the digital file has been accessed or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once the e-book has been successfully delivered or downloaded.

However, Brincos De Ouvir Enterprises may review refund requests under the following circumstances:

The customer was charged but did not receive the purchased book
There was a duplicate payment for the same order
There was a technical issue that prevented access to the purchased book

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

The processing time may depend on the policies of the payment provider.
